About the Company

A leading provider of air measurement instrumentation and software solutions is seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service & Support Technician to join their dynamic Service Team. This role plays a critical part in delivering high-quality service and support to customers nationwide, ensuring optimal performance of Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems (CEMS).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation, diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance of instrumentation systems.
• Travel frequently across the U.S. via air and rental car to customer sites.
• Work outdoors on elevated platforms in varying weather conditions.
• Safely climb ladders and stairs to access stack platforms (heights ranging from 20' to 150').
• Operate independently while upholding high ethical standards.
• Deliver formal classroom training using PowerPoint presentations.
• Provide technical support to customers via phone and onsite visits.
• Conduct depot repairs and troubleshoot analytical equipment.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with internal teams and clients.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in engineering, technology, or a related scientific field.
• 5+ years of field experience in troubleshooting and repairing analytical equipment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Customer service experience and a professional demeanor.
• Willingness to travel overnight up to 80% of the work week.
